A lottery ticket worth $1 million was sold at a convenience store in central Iowa. The ticket matched the first five numbers in Tuesday’s drawing, but not the Mega Ball. The store where the ticket was sold is called Casey’s and is located at 1800 S. B Avenue in Nevada.
The lucky numbers in the game were 7, 9, 15, 19, and 25, plus Mega Ball 4. Someone in New York bought a ticket with all those numbers and won $20 million!
The Casey’s store in Nevada has sold another lottery ticket worth $1 million. This has happened before. The same store in Iowa sold a Powerball ticket worth $1 million, but nobody claimed it and it expired in April 2019.
The lottery is waiting for someone to claim a $1 million prize from Mega Millions. The ticket was sold at Gateway Express in Ames and matched the first five numbers in a drawing on September 6, 2022. The winner has until September 6, 2023, to claim their prize.
If someone wins $1 million in an Iowa Lottery game, they have to go to the organization’s headquarters in Clive to get their prize.
