Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., was heckled during former President Donald Trump’s victory speech on Saturday night in South Carolina.
The senator, a long-time supporter of Trump, was booed when he was introduced on stage after winning the GOP presidential primary over his opponent, Nikki Haley.
In introducing the Senator, Trump said he would “call Graham when he has a problem on the left.”
He’s not a big fan of TV,” Trump quipped. “He’s a bit to the left of some of the other candidates on this stage, but I always tell people when I have a problem on the left, all I have to do is call Lindsey Graham and he’ll fix it.”
Graham then made his way to the podium, where he was met with loud boos during his short speech.
“He is the best person to be President of the United States,” Graham said. “And let’s not forget that South Carolina engineered the greatest political comeback in the history of the United States.”
After his win in South Carolina, Trump now has a three-in-a-row streak over Haley.
